Situated along Mount Road in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola is 8 km from the Chennai International Airport. It features 11 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Our stay was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were truly outstanding. Special thanks to Kamini, the Relationship Manager, for her thoughtful follow-ups and genuine care she consistently checked in to ensure our comfort and assisted with every aspect of our visit. We’re already looking forward to returning in the future!

• Nestled along the Coromandel Coast, The Leela Palace Chennai stands as the city’s only oceanfront luxury palace hotel, offering breathtaking views of the Bay of Bengal. Breakfast was a smorgasbord of options. Servers were so helpful and attentive. The junior sous chef Jaysh checked on us a few times. Anything we requested was supplied by a smiling staff member. Keep up the excellent service.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Had come here with my dad. Taking long walks in the garden,Also, the room was very clean and spacious with the wonderful 24/7 hot water. After dinner , enjoyed playing carrom with my father in the game room. To sum it up, I loved the hospitality of the staff especially night shift staffs , be it at the Room service or the reception. One thing that I am sure of is next time when I come to Ooty, I would be staying at your resort for sure. It’s best recommended if you are coming with family here.

We arrived at Somerset around midnight, and check-in was very smooth. Although the bed arrangements were not as requested, the team quickly arranged it for us without any hassle. The front desk, bell staff, and the restaurant breakfast team were all very helpful and made our stay pleasant.

The staffs were very courteous. I would highly recommend Nature view resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.
