The dinner and beer here were also excellent—I highly recommend making a reservation for your meal. The hotel offers an aurora alert service, and I was lucky enough to witness my very first aurora experience in Iceland right here. I was absolutely thrilled! The hotel also provides free coffee and hot chocolate, which was perfect after chasing the aurora in the cold. Enjoying a cup of hot chocolate afterward truly felt like one of life's beautiful moments.
