If I could rate this hotel higher than a 10, I would! One of the best places I've ever stayed in Europe. From the moment we walked in, the hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. It's only a very short walk from the ferry, and one of the only hotels that is NOT uphill. It's furnished beautifully and feels luxurious, both the room and common spaces. The room was gorgeous, with large French windows that opened over the cobblestone streets near the lake. We didn't eat the free breakfast, but it looked spectacular, with croissants and waffles, eggs, coffee, fruit and more...Definitely enough to hold you through dinner! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a luxurious and romantic taste of Bellagio

Palazzo Mazzini está en Como, a 8 min a pie de Estación de tren de Como San Giovanni y a 200 metros del centro, y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado, wifi gratis y terraza. La ubicación y la comodidad, la amabilidad del personal. El desayuno fuera del hotel me pareció novedoso y una excelente forma de tener varias opciones. Las instalaciones impecables.

The room was gorgeous, very clean and smells nice. Hand soap smelled amazing! The people were ao nice and even offered us a ride to the bus station. The breakfast was great! Never had better breakfast at an accommodation before. Balcony had pretty flowers and the lake view was great!

It was a wonderful experience staying right on Lake Como. The location was stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and everything was just as we hoped. The staff were especially attentive and professional, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!
