Everything! The hosts of this property are absolutely wonderful people. The staff is all very kind and attentive. The facilities are clean and well taken care of and the entire place feels fresh and new. Every morning you wake up to a gorgeous view of Lake Como, surrounded by flowers and plants. It’s tucked away just ~15 min walk from center of Menaggio, which makes it quiet at night and in the morning. Very cool at night and AC if needed. Beds made every night. Breakfast is incredible, both quick options and hot breakfast options. Overall just the most amazing experience, great location, and amazing people. Boat/bicycle/Tuk tuk rental right next to the hotel as well for those who want it which makes it very convenient!

The stunning and priceless lake view with an outstanding breakfast served on the room balcony! High quality beds, very nice bathrooms and super-friendly staff. Not cheap but worth the money. Further there is a really good restaurant for dinner also with lake view in the same building which we highly recommend. 15 minutes drive to Bellagio. We really liked it.
