The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. We had a truly wonderful stay at Nikis Resort. The location is absolutely stunning – peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxation. The rooms were cozy, beautifully designed, and very clean. What really stood out to us was the incredibly kind and attentive staff – everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the resort is warm and charming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway in Italy. We would love to come back again!

Excellent location outside the centre of Assisi. Very nice and comfortable, large garden to sit when weather permits A WONDERFUL view of the valley from most or all rooms (we had 6 rooms, all with a wonderful view)

The view of Orvieto from our room was incredible. The staff was always very helpful and the breakfast with eggs and bacon included was delicious.
