It offers an indoor pool, a gym, a spa and a restaurant that offers a personalized room service. It was a very pleasant stay overall. We've got a free upgrade and a warm welcome at check-in. The personnel at the front desk, consierge and restaurants was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and healthy. The room was clean, specious and equipped with everything we needed. We travelled on a special family event and received a beautiful cake as a compliment from the hotel. The hotel’s lobby and coffee service were very welcoming. The restaurant is another key to their success, offering a variety of delicious food. The waiters are friendly, and the hotel’s manager is very active, always providing service with a smile and joy. I regret not taking their names. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman you will never regret the money spent. I will always choose to stay here.

The hotel's facilities are excellent with a lot of romantic lounges, spa, terrace, pool outside, jacuzzi inside, beautiful rooms, more than expected. What i loved most was the people. The staff is well trained and i am sure this is the hand of yhe great manager, Lady Yara who surprised me like no one before in the best way. The food was great, the drinks in the lounge, great quality.
