Historical Ryokan Hostel K's House Ito Onsen is gevestigd in een 100 jaar oud, historisch monument in Shizuoka en ligt op 7 minuten lopen van het JR treinstation van Ito. Spending time in this place was so amazing and comfortable. We rented the yukatas with my friend, so we felt like we were in some historical movie. The onsen was so private and cozy. It was one of the best places we've been in Japan. Also, there was a yummy place with the grilled meat near the hostel.

The location was perfect for getting away from the busy streets of Tokyo, though I highly recommend renting a (small!) car to get here, as it is tucked away from public trsnsportation routes. Our room was clean, surprisingly well equipped and comfortable. Service was spot on, communication with our host was easy and quick. We never saw any of the staff though, which made the quality of service just that much more impressive. We were the only guests staying here at the time, so we had all facilities to ourselves (an introvert's dream). There were plenty of instructions in english for all the general how-tos, check-in and check-out was easy using the machine. Prepare to face some bugs around the area, we had a few interesting encounters with moths by the entrance. The room itself was equipped with bugspray and deterrents, though we didn't need them as our room was perfectly wildlife free. The bug screen in the private onsen kept the bugs at bay, allowing us to bathe and sleep while enjoying the sounds and smells of the surrounding nature!

Bousui bevindt zich in Higashiizu, op 2,7 km van Atagawa You Yu Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge, gratis privéparkeren en een bar. Really like the tatami-style room! Enjoyed the great view of ocean and fancy gazebo! Dinner was also amazing!

J-Garden ligt in Ito, op 29 km van Shuzenji tempel en 43 km van Mount Daruma, en biedt accommodatie met een terras en gratis privéparkeren. Wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Loved having access to spring water in our room. We were left everything we needed including plenty of towels. Thank you, we will come back

FUJI CALME Villa ligt op 43 km van Kawaguchimeer, en biedt accommodatie in Fujinomiya met toegang tot een hot tub. The house is very big and comfortable, close to the train station and a big shopping mall. The host is very kind and welcomed us with water and snacks. I was very impressed and will definitely come back to stay here again. We really like it here.

The owner was kind enough to offer my son drinks and a ride to our nearby destination. Tatami beds were so cool.
