El Sigiriya Water Cottage, situado en Sigiriya, 3,4 km de la roca de Sigiriya, ofrece barbacoa, solárium y restaurante. Loved this this laid-back place, just outside Sigiriya. The family helped us arrange a tuktuk in the early hours for the hike up Pidurangala Rock and recommended visiting Sigiriya Rock for sunset, which was amazing. The cottage was comfortable, the pool fantastic on these hot, sultry December days, and the wildlife amazing: monkeys, peacocks, and nearby elephants which we glimpsed in the dark. Best of all was the delicious home-cooked Sri Lankan food, and the kind and friendly family. It is a little way out of the village but this is easily accessed by tuktuk. It is Aldo nice and quiet. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the big pool for all hotel guests as well as our private pool next to the room which helped us to feel really relaxed. The hotel is a true sanctuary and we enjoyed the nature and natural sounds every second of our stay. A minimum 3 nights stay is highly recommended to have enough time to discover the historic places and the nature in this part of Sri Lanka as well as to relax on property (we stayed 4 nights).

Happy Homestay Sigiriya está en Sigiriya, en la región de Distrito de Matale, cerca de Yacimiento arqueológico de Sigiriya. It was really clean, the bed was comfortable. Just a really good host! Felt like having a second mom 🥹 She was waiting till late evening, knowing I come back. Even in the early morning (sunrise hike) she woke up with me and waited till I got picked up 🫣 I got a breakfast to go in the morning I left. Just thank you!

Sigiriya Cashew Palace Resort está en Sigiriya y ofrece alojamiento de 5 estrellas con balcones privados. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy and we had all we needed in the bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They helped us to rent a scooter what was great as we could go anywhere and come back to that quiet place and relax. It was great place for our last nights in Sri Lanka after a month of travelling. We wish the Cashew Palace amazing season! Stay busy!

Everyone was extremely helpful. Food was fantastic. And my room was perfect. Love the air conditioning and nice hot water. And the view from the balcony was just incredibly romantic and perfect.
