The room was exceptional (bathroom with external window), fantastic views of BGC, Makati and Manila Bay with sunset, all the facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym etc.) are at the top. The culture amongst the staff was geared towards the best services they could possibly provide and it showed. Every interaction and little surprise was appreciated. We stayed 3 days and on the 3rd day it was a graduation for one of us and they made the effort to create a chocolate desert celebrating this. It was an amazing surprise and certainly above and beyond service.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy, and the downstairs pool is fantastic. The parking lot is very spacious and offers free self-parking. The host was incredibly kind, allowing us to park our vehicle for several extra days—we are truly grateful. Highly recommended! I've already shared this with my friends.
