The hotel is stunning and the rooms are amazing and beautiful the staff are amazing and are so helpful they are second to none they helped with everything we needed booking taxis and private cars to and from the airport and also to the auschwitz tour the food is amazing with so much to offer especially breakfast and the Michelin star restaurant was a real taste of genius and the chef made me a little cake especially for me for my birthday which I was so grateful for I would definitely go again

The area is popular for hiking and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 5-star hotel. Perfect location in the centre of town, not very easy to get to by car. The suite was amazing, with exceptionally high castle style ceilings and a beautiful bathroom. A note for the bed in the main room which should be bigger, and the sofa my son slept on is really basic. It's a shame in such a beautiful hotel, The best breakfast we have ever had in a 5 star hotel in Europe!

Perfect location, helpful and friendly staff , lovely large room overlooking the river. Excellent breakfast. Also great value for your money.
