The hotel is absolutely great. I have enjoyed my stay there and will for sure come back. I liked the fact that even if the weather is not perfect for a walk you can spend your day at the hotel SPA area were saunas and pool are amazing. It is very spacious. Highly recommended ! The property has many amenities including a pool, private hot tub, and gathering room with fireplace. The staff was wonderful and made sure our stay was perfect!

The hotel was very fancy. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I especially appreciate their understanding, since I asked for the extra bottle of wine and happy birthday sign, as well as the extra surprise of how I "smuggled" the birthday candle and gave it to the kitchen staff.

The attic apartment was very clean and cosy with comfortable beds. Every guest can park in the garage under the buildings without a fee. There are 4 jacuzzi suites, we used them every evening, but we had not to wait for a free jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious, we found it every morning at our door in a paper bag.

The hotel room is full of small details and useful things starting from adorable stylish dishes, a vase for flowers, finishing with kitchen paper towels and a little box with a variety of things for women's hygiene. That was very thoughtful, I have never seen anything like that in any other hotel! The spa works from 16:00 to 20:00 (most days), which was very handy for us. In the morning we could go skiing or explore the city, then have a nice late lunch around 14-14:30 exploring polish restaurants, and by 16-17 we would come back to the hotel. SPA was an incredible way to get warm after a cold day. We especially loved the Turkish sauna as this one had a little shower cable (?) with cold water so you can create a temperature contrast for your body. And of course we fell in love with the jacuzzi. Especially great was sitting there so close to the panoramic window and seeing the falling snow being just 1 meter away from you. After that we could have a simple dinner made on an adorable kitchenette. The closest local shops have a variety of tastes of local pierogi. Don't hesitate to try it! We ended up cooking pierogi for every dinner of our stay. This part I write mostly for the owner or the manager of the hotel as this information could probably be very useful to improve this incredible hotel: - The pillows we had felt quite thin, probably would be nice to update them or buy a thicker ones - The piano music in the jacuzzi zone was relaxing, but a little too loud. And after a while, about 20-30 minutes I felt disturbed by it and had to leave. From one point of view - it's a subtle way to make sure that no one will hold the jacuzzi for too long, but still worth mentioning. If it's not the goal - probably any other less simple and less repetitive music would fit. There is "massage music", maybe it could work. Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

Your hotel is an absolutely LUXE! The location is gorgeous. The hike up from town after our walk down might require a bit more energy than we expected yet upon arrival, we felt like we achieved an amazing feat. Now, the room. We were in awe of the space, the furniture, lighting, and the bathroom! We screamed when we saw it. Lovely! The Spa! Oh my word! All the options for a sauna, cold splash, jacuzzi, and swimming pool water massage. I felt like I was floating on air. We all did! This felt like a once in a lifetime experience. The food for breakfast was out of this world. Never have we seen such beautiful spread for breakfast! Made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, cheese, greens, nuts, meat, sweets, coffee and teas from Austria! Bravo!! And your staff is delightful! Always smiling and supportive.
