We had the best view in the whole village! Our host was very helpful and friendly. The accomodation was very clean and well equipped, modern and traditional at the same time. The location is amazing and beautiful. The property is new and very modern. The owner and manager Fabian is amazing. He loves the property and is extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area. If your are looking to just relax thst is great but if your want to explore the area he knows all the great locations and trails. The area is being modernized, but many of the locals only speak Romanian. Fabian however is fluent in english (and perhaps other languages) and is always willing to help translate. He even relayed my dinner orders to a local restaurant, so when I arrived the food was already made and the transaction was easy and smooth. Overall my stay at Tiarra mountain lodge was a wonderful experience and a highlight of my time in Romania.

It was really beautiful location, with a lot of common spaces that were really pleasant to stay. the jacuzzi and the sauna was my favorite. Also coffee was delicious!

Almost brand new building with a big room and a modern bathroom. We had our room at the back of the building, just across the river. Very clean and bright. Big parking lot. The owner was very nice, and we talked a lot :) She prepared our breakfast (HUGE) in the morning with fresh produce, and everything was delicious. As we haven't finished exploring the area, we will be back for sure. Highly recommended!
