Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

Luggages were taken care of the minute we stepped in the hotel. For our experience at Skai Bar — it was exceptional. Customer service was on point. Rozette and the manager took good care of us and even gave us drinks exactly to our liking. We loved every minute of it. For our experience at the wellness center, I booked us a tennis session, Siti guided us through the weather. Upon checking out, I didn’t mind waiting in line since it was a busy day for everybody. But Sharon saw and immediately took care of our check out. Talk about customer service. Going above and beyond the guests. We will definitely come back in our future visits in Singapore. On ground level all you can wish for. Gym big and fully equiped. Better than all hotels I have seen so far. Big swimmingpool, running track, sauna. Nearby shops and laundry shop. And very good restaurants around the corner.
