The suite we had was beautiful and the staff - from the lady at the front desk (Cathy, I think) to those that provided services in-room - were exceptional. Made it all a truly wonderful stay.

Thousands thanks to Erna from the reception desk! The room was very nice, with a great view to the Marina bay. The hotel is well located. Large choice of food for breakfast. Cocktail at the bar is also a must to try !

Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay offers a hot tub. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-appointed - we loved the long bay window couch. Swimming pool was a great place to relax. The area around the hotel offers easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, spas. It was easy to get a Grab when we wanted to go someplace further. But the best part of the stay had to be the staff. All of them - from the receptionists to the waiters to the staff in the lobby - were excellent, unfailingly helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast service was very prompt and thoughtful - when the staff saw our baby making a mess they were quickly on hand to help us.

Modernly designed, each unit comes with separate living and dining areas. A kitchen and a washing machine are provided. The en suite bathroom includes a hairdryer.

Staff at the reception can assist you with babysitting request, laundry service and airport transfer at an additional charge. Other facilities offered are daily housekeeping, concierge and sauna. Everything was amazing, from the position and cleanliness to the friendliness of the staff. Very good value for money. We appreciated the welcome message and gift. We stayed 9 nights and we felt like home there.
