This Christmas, we had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Khao Lak, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable holidays we’ve had. I’m Italian, traveling with my family who came from Italy, along with my husband’s Irish family. We were looking forward to spending some time together in such a beautiful place, but had no idea just how special things were going to be. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s setting was peaceful and stunning. But what truly stood out was the food. The quality was excellent from the very first meal. Every dish impressed us, and just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Silvano, one of the Italian chefs, came over to introduce himself. Silvano was warm, genuine, and made us feel at home right away. He shared his story of coming to Thailand, his passion for cooking, and his commitment to quality. It felt like he wasn’t just serving us food, but taking care of us like family. On Christmas Day, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Enzo, who was just as attentive and thoughtful. Both chefs made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their hospitality and personal touch made the experience feel truly special. Leaving JW Marriott Khao Lak is bittersweet. We’re incredibly grateful for the great food, warm hospitality, and memories we’ll cherish. We can’t wait to return.

A real gem in Thailand. Had a wonderful experience there. Fantastic room, fully equipped with a beautiful view and sweet pools. Fon and the staff were very kind and helped with everything. The food was delicious and you can feel the love they put into this place. Just come and enjoy the silence of the nature . Hope to return one day again, i already miss this place. Having the managers contact in the rooms was great as she was very helpful in organising motorbikes/activities. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. I liked all of the selections for food and drinks on the all inclusive menus. We enjoyed the 3 pools and the pool bar. The staff were really nice and professional. The staff members that stood out were: The hostess Lelyla, Chef James, and the bartender Wann. They helped make my new fiancé and my trip the best most memorable. They played huge parts in helping me celebrating my fiancé’s birthday and with my proposal.
