WiFi is zeer goed en overal in het resort beschikbaar zelfs op het strand. Het strand is een beetje een verborgen juweeltje. Wij kwamen daar wat laat achter. Heel rustig, met alles wat je wilt, een fijne plek om in zee te zwemmen en te zonnen. Echt heerlijk. Panwa is een mooi rustig gebied met een aantal restaurantjes aan een mini boulevard. Een fijn gebied. Het resort ligt hoog op een heuvel, naar beneden wandelen is heerlijk en als je weer omhoog wilt, dan hebben ze een golfcart service! Gemak dient de mens. Prachtig groot zwembad. Fijn restaurant. Mooie openlucht avond bar. Vriendelijke receptie.

Het resort biedt een spectaculair uitzicht en ruime accommodatie met een privébalkon.... The staff were very friendly and always genuinely concerned about making us feel at home. The facilities were excellent — both the rooftop pool, which was beautiful, and the jacuzzi were highlights of our stay. The food was good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic property with a beautiful private beach and plenty to do for all ages. Staff were warm and welcoming, food was delicious (we tried all the different restaurants during our stay). The hotel offers loads of optional activities for adults and kids alike, most of them are free and a few with an additional charge to participate. At the beach, there’s snorkeling, kayaking and stand up paddle board available during high tide, and a daily reef walk during low tide where you can see various sea creatures in the shallow pools of water. A very memorable holiday and we’ll definitely be going back!

Memorable and attentive service from the staff (primarily via WhatsApp group), particularly from Stephanie and Krish who had serviced me on check-in and check-out respectively. It was a surprise and absolutely a treat to soak while watching the koi in the pond.

Mr. Tom’s dedication to accommodating our needs made a significant difference; he was instrumental in maximising our holiday experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the expertly organized excursions to the waterpark and the stunning Phi Phi and Khai islands. Thanks to Mr. Tom’s outstanding recommendations, these adventures became treasured memories. Mr Tom even helped us to securely hold our luggage when we needed to check out late, allowing us to enjoy more of our trip without worry. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend this villa for anyone.
