For the price, great facilities and amenities always cleaned daily, the beds are more comfortable than a 5 star hotel in Ukraine and the staff are 24hrs and helpful at your request, I highly recommend this place for solo travelers. Also nice and quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Good location with parking. The hotel looks nice and clean. Spacious room, but there is no regular window in the bedroom, just skylight window. Jacuzzi works, but chrome elements are damaged. Hot water always available, no problems with it (in regard to previous reviews). Good breakfast, included into room rate. Very noisy in the room, but there are earplugs. We are satisfied

Great place, not my first visit. Rooms are spacious, clean and warm. Cool restaurant and delicious food. I appreciate the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere.

A very good hotel, in a great location. Rooms are good size. We book a Suite here, its a huge room, huge bathroom. Panorama Restaurant is a lovely spot to watcht he sun go down, dont expect great service, but food is good, and the view is the best in Ternopil.

It’s close to the city centre, nice spacious room, variable tasty breakfast, good coffee!, secured parking.

The top management and the manager of the hotel should be proud for the high level of decoration and modern facilities in the bedrooms, bathrooms. They are without doubt high class in all rooms. They will match any 5 star hotel for sure. Everything is new and the rooms are spotlessly clean.

The staff was amazing! The room was spacious, with a view of a lake and a fireplace! Private parking makes life easier. Highly recommended!
