This hotel is situated back from the hustle and bustle of the main street just down a lane, nestled between a stunning lagoon and mountains. We stayed in the tiny house with a lovely loft and had an amazing experience! The staff are all generous and welcoming, plus we got to know the beautiful golden retriever (Ginger) who lives at the property. The atmosphere is very relaxing and cosy! Breakfast was great, and there are cocktails and other drinks available in the evenings. There is also bike hire for a quick 5 min cycle into the main town or about a 30 minute walk. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough for a tranquil stay that felt as if we were in the mountains while still being very close to Cat Ba town.

The apartment offers a spa experience, with its sauna, hot tub and steam room. The apartment provides mountain views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The staff is extremely very friendly, even since before we come to the hotel. We got lost when trying to find Tuan Chau pier to Gia Luan, they sent us the direction. I had to cancel our original boat tour, and they helped us find a new tour in last minutes and it was much cheaper. We were about buying night kayak tour to see glowing plankton, as the tour company tried to convince us we can see planktons. but the hotel were very honest telling us no planktons in December. It is like having local friends when staying at this hotel. Room is very very clean, and new. Breakfast is limited at options, but they offered to cook something else only for us. Location is very good, close to everything. Very pleasant stay, thank you very much for your hospitality!
