I would give 6 stars if I could. Not even once the owner greeted us without his amazing smile. He provided all the help needed including booking villages tours and tickets for the cablecar. He also offered free late check out and sandwiches for the long journey to Hanoi. He made everything so simple. The rooms are large and well decorated with all the amenities one would need. Breakfast feels fresh, WiFi is fast and reliable. Location is in the heart of the city. Thanks for making our stay memorable.
