The rooms are comfortable and clean. Hung (the host) is so friendly and helped us book the best tours and our buses to and from Phong Nha. We definitely recommend the family dinner every night!! It was a great way to talk to other travellers and taste some delicious local food.

Karst Villas Phong Nha tiene vistas a la montaña y está en Phong Nha. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. Loved looking over the rice fields to the karst mountains, from the balcony of our room or the infinity pool. Also loved taking the free bikes and cycling on the roads through the fields and little villages. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is good (have the omelette Banh mi). Also enjoyed lunch and dinner there. The owner, Hung, is very helpful and arranged transfers and a tour of the fantastic caves for us. So glad we went to Phong Nha!

Got 2 rooms, one king and one three quen bed rooms. They both were exceptional huge and clean, way more than expected with the price I paid. Highly recommended.

The food, the facilities, the swimming pool! Everything was amazing. We felt super comfy all the time and taken care of by the nicest staff you can imagine.
