Ame and Sunny at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel went above and beyond to make our husbands' birthdays special by surprising us with delicious birthday cake – such a thoughtful gesture! The spa at this hotel was a true highlight. The treatments were relaxing, and the staff were skilled and attentive, especially Lisa and Tina. It was the perfect way to unwind after days of exploring the beautiful city of Hoi An. One of the most impressive aspects of this hotel is the incredible value for money it offers. The quality of service, amenities, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. Hosts are extremely friendly and puts in 101% effort to make us feel comfortable and at home from the minute you arrive. They provide you with a small map of Hoi An and walk you through recommendations for food, shopping and other activities. Got upgraded to a bigger room and hosts even bought us Banh Mi and local pastries for the road on the day we were leaving.

I recently stayed at Nghe Hotel in Hoi An and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel were great - they were always polite and willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the things I loved about this hotel was the location. It's situated outside the old town in the river delta, which made for a peaceful and quiet setting. We were able to easily get around by bicycle, which the hotel staff arranged for us. They also arranged airport transfers for us, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The pool at the hotel was perfect and beautiful - it was a great place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. Our room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was full of local food and fruits, everything was delicious. . Overall, I highly recommend Nghe Hotel in Hoi An. The staff, location, facilities, and food were all top-notch, and we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hoi An.

The location is great, everything in walking distance. We were very happy with our room, as it was spacious and comfortable. Amazing service - reception will help you with everything, from bringing your bags to the room to organising trips, transport. There are free bicycles to go around the area and a shuttle bus to city centre. The rooms are big and pool area is amazing! Everything about our stay here was just perfect. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We loved coming back after exploring the town. Also loved the food they serve here. Breakfast had many options for everyone and dinner was very delicious as well. The pool area is amazing and I can´t even find the right words to say how absolutely amazing are all the staff. It was my birthday during our stay here and they even surprised me with a birthday cake. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is really fantastic and far exceeded my expectations I visited a few more after I arrived and convinced myself that my choice was absolutely right and it is an oasis and perhaps the best hotel complex in the city it has a great beach where there are no people and one can to feel like a master because it is like a private beach of the hotel there is a great and clean pool calm quiet huge green areas the construction is in small separate buildings up to two floors as well as villas which makes it infinitely pleasant and is very very far from this kind of hotels with big buildings which only bother the breakfast was fantastic and included a full choice of Asian European American Italian and other cuisines all the staff in the complex were smiling kind and tried to help with everything at the second everything was sparkling clean both the rooms and every single part including the showers constantly someone took care of the green areas or cleaned the alleys even if there was a cold did the vegetation beautifully maintained excellent place I would return with pleasure and recommend it to everyone

Beautiful room, very large bathtub. The restaurant is amazing with Cao Lau for breakfast, better than downtown. Set menu for Tet is good, highly recommend. The pool is great, and clean.
