Nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast was amazing . And the staff were so kind and helpful , my husband got sick in Hanoi and we travelled to Hoian and he became worse . They really took care of us at this hotel and made sure we’re were comfortable and had a doctor on stand by . Exactly what you need/want when you are in a Crisis. They were incredible . Would defo stay again 🙏♥️

Perfectly located just outside the old city (just a few minutes’ walk along the riverside). Great service — everyone was super nice and helpful in arranging transfers, laundry, and anything else we needed. Breakfast could be improved a bit, but it was enough to get the day started. We had a corner room with plenty of natural light and a nice view of the river. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic experience on the edge of Old Town. Very convenient for walking through Old Town... but to be honest, the resort was so nice, it was hard to leave! Very friendly staff, excellent food, and all for very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend

The staff were all professional. Loved the amenities for children, parents and grandparents. Very relaxing. Thank you so much. I would book it again.
