we loved having the garden and the access to the lake for us and the dog (shared with the owner, and tenants of the other aibnb, but plenty of space for all to have your own space and intimacy!). The house is small but really enough for 2. No kitchen but does have plates, cutlery and a fridge. We ordered pizza and made salad.

Large, modernized and a very clean property located in a quiet part of Spittal An Der Drau, close to the town center and near the Lieser stream below. 2-3 cars can park inside the fenced area in front of the house while another 2-5 cars can park right outside and opposite the property entrance gate at the cozy dead end street. Ample and fully equipped kitchen, living room and the deck next to the living room that can easily contain 10+ people, downstairs cellar area with washing machine and garage provide more than enough storage space for bicycles and other equipment. Very nice place, beautiful well equipment house close to the ski area. I discussed everything with Herbie before we arrive. Mostly recomended accomodation.
