Just 250-metres from the Murray River, DBJ Holiday Units offer an outdoor swimming pool. All accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities. The units are very spacious and clean. The communication with the hosts are very good. We did not use the swimming pool but it was well maintained. Ample parking and very quite. All units on the block are well spaced out. Would definitely recommend to others.

The house itself is well maintained, offering spacious, well-appointed rooms that cater to relaxation and socialising. What truly sets this property apart is its remarkable layout: the pool at the front and Lake Mulwala at the back. Our group loved having the best of both worlds—lounging by the pool, followed by sunset drinks and a BBQ overlooking the tranquil lake. The seamless indoor-outdoor flow made it easy to enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and entertain effortlessly. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare meals for our group of 6, and the living areas provided plenty of space for everyone to relax together or find their own quiet corner. The bedrooms were equally inviting, with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The location couldn’t be better. Being right on the lake allowed for easy access to water activities, while Yarrawonga’s attractions and conveniences were just a short drive away. Our stay at No. 1 Marine Cove was truly memorable, and we left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our return. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape or a fun-filled group retreat, this property has it all. Highly recommended
