Very Polite staff, everyone from the Front desk manager to the Room service staff and Morning Breakfast staff were delightful and had smiles on their face. Anna in particular made sure we had a great stay during the check out and was very kind to speak to. - The breakfast was amazing. A huge selection of food from fresh fruits to juices to custom omletes, pancakes, dosas. The staff is happy to make sure you're well served. - The rooms were also equally elegant and beautiful. Loved the huge bath and ambient mood lighting. The beds were comfy and the rooms smelt great. Balcony was large with a beautiful view of the downtown skyline from afar. Definitely a clean and comfortable room. Upon request, they even had arranged rooms with connecting doors for us. - I'd definitely recommend Raffles Dubai for any couple or family get away. It's got all the ambience and facilities for a relaxing getaway.
