Just returned from Rove Downtown and had an excellent stay! The hotel's standout feature was definitely its service, particularly Elgohary at reception who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His helpful attitude and genuine warmth made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Dubai, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Clean rooms, modern amenities, and great value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

Hands down one of the best hotels in downtown Dubai. Easy check in process. Very spacious room with a city view, clean, pleasant lightning, very friendly and accommodating staff. The real highlight would have to be the staff at the club lounge. We greatly appreciate Augistin's attention to details which made our stay exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We loved the pool with the view of Burj Khalifa. We enjoyed delicious breakfast, complimentary lunch and dinner. We would like to thank the staff for being prompt and very accommodating. This hotel is definitely in our top 5 list for future stays in Dubai.
