The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and functionality. The modern, eco-friendly design creates a calming atmosphere, and everything is kept spotless. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and come fully equipped with a kitchenette—perfect for longer stays. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensure a great night’s sleep. We especially loved the large windows that let in so much natural light and offered a nice view of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff—everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with healthy options available, which we really appreciated. The rooftop pool and gym are also fantastic features. The pool area offers a relaxing escape with stunning views, and the gym is well-equipped and clean. Location-wise, it’s well-connected to the rest of Dubai and just a short drive from key attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Element Al Jaddaf is a great choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The room was very big, the receptionist upgraded the room to the big suite. The breakfast was plentiful and dellecious. The staff was very supportive. The building new and the location very close to the center

Really clean and in a good location. Staff was amazing. The pool area was just perfect with lagoon-pools. Breakfast was also perfect (best egg benedict I ever had in my life!). Room was clean and bed was so comfortable. Just perfect stay!

I love this property and this is my second visit ! Can honestly call this home away from home I’ve enjoyed this property both as a solo traveller as well as travelling with family . I’m particularly pleased because of the excellent service I was given and extra attention given to me by duty Manager Mr Islem and Miss Liezel who were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check inn at 6am. This gesture really confirmed why this establishment is a 10/10. I also love that it’s well priced and offers great value for money without compromising on luxury as this is a five star property. Very tasteful very mindful and Very Very Demure !! Always exceeds my expectations and within close proximity to the Dubai mall.
