2nd time staying at kempinski MOL and it was perfect as always They upgraded us to an aspen chalet and it was amazing. Two staff at breakfast really wer exceptional, Mustafa and rovaldo.

I went to Under Armour store 28 November time 9:00 PM Once I enter the store no one attend me or ask me for any help , then I try to ask the employees Excuse me !!! Then the employer comping without any greet , then I ask her very politely you have over No service and bad attitude from the employees and they want kick me out from the store because I ask the employer to help me for size and she have very bad attitude and very rude girl in the store under Armour , Then I ask her I see you have offer from 30 up to 70 % , could you please show me which Items have the offer for 70 % then she answer very unsolicited and not professionally she said go and check by yourself ? I ask her one more time very politely , it’s big store and how I can check 70 % in all store ? then again her answer I’m here not for helping you ? then I ask he where’s your store manger? her answer is I’m the store manger, and She is very contemptuous and makes fun of me and starts in a loud voice, get out of the store , It started with immoral words, bad treatment, and rude treatment , Then she said to me I will call the police on you now !!! , Then I sat down and told her I was waiting, Then another person came, her colleague in the store, and said to me, “If you don’t buy anything, get out of the store.” I told him that I called the police and that I was waiting for the police , Because your colleague crossed the line and told me that she would call the police, then I replied that I called the police and I am waiting for the police , But he was also rude and ill-mannered , Then the policeman came and checked or heard from me everything that happened in the store , Then he heard from her too , Then the policeman said to me, “If she apologizes, the matter will be over.” I told him, “Of course, I will gladly accept her apology.

The entire hotel staff was very friendly and as helpful as possible. Any queries and questions were dealt with as much as possible at the hotel. I would especially like to emphasize the work of housekeeper Lynn, who was always ready to help, tidied the room with the utmost care and was happy to help with any task.

Lovely place and great stuff. Great view of the new year's fireworks. Had a blast. Room was big and bed was comfortable.

Usually, I don't like to share my feedback regarding my stay but this time I had to. This hotel is exceptional, from staff to facilities to the healthy breakfast to the modern furniture and amenities, to the location and the parking. Everything was great and exceptional, I really can't thank enough Monica at the check-in counter for her enormous support, care and professionalism...she made our stay super perfect. One more thing, you always see the smile of the faces of the staff... wow
