Location is great, the views from the breakfast/coffee room/balcony is out of this world. The staff is extremely cute, friendly and helpful! Totally loved it! I would always recommend this hotel in Ushuaia!

The highlight would be the staff, especially Ignacio who welcomed us. The property itself was excellent, had everything we needed, convenient, breakfast included, could store our baggage before booking in and after booking out while exploring Ushuaia. We would recommend here for anyone.

Well above expectations! Staff were flawless, both at check in and check out. The breakfast basket has so many options - I was sent a Whatsapp message in the evening with a huge list (including vegan and gluten free options) and I could choose everything I wanted and the delivery time. I also chose fresh eggs so I could scramble them myself in the mini kitchen. Everything was very clean and in perfect condition. Lovely quality shampoo and conditioner in the shower, good hairdryer, and very warm floor heating throughout! I was on the ground floor and there was a bit of noise from the reception area, requesting a higher floor would be recommended. Great cafes nearby. Uber from the airport was about USD9 late at night. Free luggage storage after check out.

堪称无可挑剔！breakfast excellent！reservation is so helpful, free shuttle bus, especially the sightseeing from the platform of the viewpoint! The open bar and the employees are amazing! It will be the reason I come back to Ushuaia! Anyway,I’ll go back for the hotel!
