It’s a new, cozy hotel with good breakfast. Staff is very friendly, especially our evening waitress Ivana. Very clean rooms and every detail in the room was comfortable to keep things, suitcases and so on.

Everything was perfect! Rooms are so cute and very clean. Position is perfect, 3 minutes away from the metropolitan. Breakfast is international and rich. They don't do the cleaning every day unless you ask for it.

Excellent location, close to both the Innere stadt and Prater park. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. On a Saturday we forgot that the breakfast restaurant opens later and arrived early. The staff nonetheless allowed us to come in and start our breakfast

We just love the place! Rooms are beautiful, the food was so delicious, that we didnt really want to stop eating. But the staff members are, what makes the huge difference from other hotels. Despite having not quite equipped fitness, this hotel deserves the best rating from my side. It was quite peaceful with great location near metro and Westfield shopping centre. I really enjoyed my stay.
