Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

The location was an easy walk to cafes, eateries, supermarkets and the beach. Staff were so very friendly and helpful. When we checked out staff were happy for us to leave our bags until we caught the train to Brisbane. They also gave us a pass to use the pool while we waited, which was so appreciated. The pool area was fabulous.

We weren't there for long. The room was very comfortable and the location was great. The kitchen was well equipped. The pools and gym g were great. The young man at reception on Saturday evening went above and beyond to help us find parking!
