We recently spent a couple nights in Brussels and very much enjoyed our stay at Pillows City Hotel. This is modern, well furnished and comfortable property along Parochiaanstraat, just a few minutes walk from Brussels Central Station. Reservation was made through booking.com where we found the lowest rates on the day. Booking confirmation received by email instantly. We were able to check in a couple hours early upon arrival which was very nice. Front desk were very helpful, assisted with arranging early morning taxi to the airport at the end of our trip and were just generally pleasant when we interacted with them. Property location is very good if you want to be close to Central Station and within walking distance to the main sightseeing areas around historic centre of Brussels. Quite a few restaurants and bars not far away. They have a restaurant at the hotel as well as a reading room as well. Our room was spacious, very nicely furnished. There was plenty of closet and drawer space, sizeable work area, in-room safe, fridge, espresso machine, nice bathroom, great shower water pressure, flat screen TV, good heating, lighting, wifi and importantly a very comfortable bed, allowing much needed rest. Overall, we liked the hotel location and staff and were very happy with our room at Pillows City Hotel. This was a great stay and place we'd be glad to return to during futures trips to Brussels.

it was the absolute best! worth everything penny. the best staff, they just couldn’t help you enough. kudos to everyone… the concierge were my favourites. Pedro, Sophie and the other guy! The staff were all so very happy to do their work. Beautiful space, superb location, top class furnishing and amenities. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent. I could walk from the central station and walk to the European Parliament easily. Its very close to all main tourist attractions. The staff members were nice and polite. Overall, this is a good hotel. My room was big and decently cleaned.

Good location, close to the European Parliament, 20 minutes walk from Central Station and 30 minutes from the center. Normal size room with minimal kitchen equipment. Comfortable beds and duvets. Good bathroom. Nice stuff.

The location is very good. Close to the European Parliament and close to the Royal Palace. The doors of the bedrooms have a system to prevent slamming and that is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is very large, two levels, two toilets and baths, and there's a small courtyard where you can have breakfast on the terrace. The apartment is within walking distance of the European Parliament and Luxembourg train station. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops around. I highly recommend it.
