The Wellness Centre was amazing. The hotel services were also perfect, and staff were accomodating and did door service for fetching ice and gave us water. The pleasantries of chocolate and macrons with a personal note were a very sweet touch. The BKS was an amazing experience. The room was beautiful bathtub and shower. Also bed was so comfortable. For a couple that isn't new to Halifax this felt like a newfound treat and will make you feel pampered and lovely. Thank you Muir.

I didn't have any meals at the hotel so can not comment but the room was exactly what I was after; it was clean, very comfortable bed and teh bathroom facilities were perfect

The location was so good. Right in the middle of everything we needed. We had a room at the front so noise was not an issue. Staff were very quick to attend to any help we required.

The layout was easy to understand and get used to, the showers had SUPER soft and comfy water, the beds were comfy (not the comfiest, but still comfy), and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I had some great conversations with some of the other guests as well. None of my belongings were stolen. Everything went super well. I especially loved that Scotiabank Centre was only a 10 minute walk down the street, considering the main reason I was in Halifax was to see The Used and Papa Roach at Scotiabank Centre.

Room was neat and tidy and beds were very comfortable. Location in the city was great and near to Scotiabank Centre and lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfasts and the one dinner we had at Tempo was very good, staff were friendly.

Beautiful location on the lake. Close to downtown as we were in town for the Billy Idol concert at Scotiabank Centre. Breakfast was great ! And the seafood chowder in the restaurant was amazing !!

The suite was comfortable. Linens were spotless. Great view of the harbour and only 2 min to busy downtown and the Scotiabank centre.. Although extra the safe underground parking The reception Staff are wonderful and the room cleaning staff all smiled and spoke all the staff we met were helpful.
