Hotel in a central location lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping in easy walking. The staff we all excellent and could not have been more helpful or friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the weather was good enough for us to be able to eat outside in the very pleasant courtyard. The lunches and dinners we had were also very good. The courtyard is a nice setting for a pre dinner cocktail. Our room was excellent a great size and the bed was very comfortable.

1) Staff were friendly and very helpful. They provide good recommendations and tips. I wanted to get a bottle of wine from the local stores, but unfortunately all were sold out. Jordan went the extra mile to help and managed to find the exact item. 2) I like the rustic design of the hotel as well. It has a nostalgic feel. 3) The restaurant within the hotel provides great service and awesome dishes. 4) Location of the hotel is simply amazing. It is close to everywhere by walking.

The location is great: Yaletown has lots of excellent cafes, restaurants, shops all within close walking distance. Also close to river taxis to hop to Granville Island amongst other places. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large, bed very comfortable, and a great shower.

The location is great for the Rogers Centre and BC Place. Yaletown and Gas Town are only about 20 minute walk. This is our second time at the hotel and the staff and facilities are great.

Very well located in the heart of Vancouver. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was a 2 bedroom suite. Very comfortable and roomy. Able to leave our bags at checkin. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Yaletown and Granville Island as well as Gastown. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in the heart of Yaletown. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the supply of laundry liquid, dishwasher tablets, trash bags etc. great to have 2 bathrooms. Close to transport, grocery stores and restaurants.
