The location was a short didi ride from Hangzhou East train station. Furthermore, the hotel was very close to the Fengqi Road train station as well. we loved the location as it was just a short walk to the Wulin Night market and many food and attractions were nearby as well. The hotel staff were very kind and provided us with excellent service. Had a pleasant experience as I was able to communicate with staff easily using the message function from booking.com , the staff were able to help us with a time extension as we were stuck in traffic before checking out as well. thank you to the team for the excellent stay and services rendered. will definitely stay here again when I am visiting Hangzhou. The rooms were spacious and clean, USB ports were available together with the wall sockets and made it super easy to charge my devices.

We had a lovely time. The property itself is one of a kind, has beautiful garden, the boat experience is a must try! Service was exceptional, everyone we met there were so polite and nice. I have been using booking.com for many years and I never write reviews, but I decided to write this one because this hotel is truly outstanding. First of all, although I arrived late, I was warmly welcomed and guided straight to my room. Secondly, the room is very well equipped, and a selection of fresh fruit was waiting for me. The view is wonderful. However, the highlight of my stay is definitely the breakfast – it is simply exceptional. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, especially since I can compare it with another property of similar standard in Beijing, although I will not write a review about that one:).

    A good boutique style hotel with great location .The Fengqi Road metro station is right at the door step making travel in the city and to the airport very convenient. Lots of eateries nearby and shopping mall directly opposite.Self service laundry is a great bonus.Rooms were clean and comfortable.

    Great location next to Fengqi Road Metro Station Exit C4. Rooms were comfortable with separate toilet and shower areas. Toilet came with "Japanese" style toilet seat. Deliveries and takeaways are sent to room by robot.
