Super clean and roomy, and very warm for winter. Great location, short walk to main street and very close to the metro. The breakfast was good, and staff were very helpful

The staff were incredible, really friendly and accomodating. They helped us navigate the Chinese mobile apps like Ali Pay and WeChat, and just went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The children's playroom was AMAZING, and all hotels everywhere should have one like this!
