Singaporeowner was very nice and welcoming ! gave us suggestions and guidance on where to go about :) even prepared special meals to suit our appetite. 100% recommend ! ❤️ owners were also very friendly and fetched us to a few places.
Room wise was very clean and spacious. toilet comes with bidet and warmer. there was also a jacuzzi in my room. there is a pool downstairs to swimm as well. and there is a projector to watch movies ans listen to music :)

UkraineLovely hotel next to the wonder of the world. This is a very cozy and comfortable hotel, with hospitable people who will help in everything and feed if you did not have time to have dinner. We were fed with dumplings and wontons, they were very tasty and fresh. The hotel is close to the second lift to the top and Fairy Fox Theater. The beds are comfortable, the blankets are large and soft. There are air conditioners, balcony. The towels are soft and absorb moisture well. Excellent and soft toothbrushes. On the ground floor there is a massage chair and billiards.

I was up on the mountain in the winter ,3 days after heaven's door was closed ,so get there when the main attraction is open . I was the last tourist off the mountain ,but it was still fantastic ,everything was covered in ice and it was very foggy ,I still enjoyed the experience. It is easy accesible by cable car, the routes are clear and there are different things to see and to do, the temple, the gate and the glass walk. The owners were lovely and welcoming. After checking out, we left our luggage there whilst we explored the area, which we appreciated. The owners offered to take us to the train station but we opted to get a taxi as we had some stop-offs to make on the way. The room was nice and clean, and the AC was amazing!! The hotel has a fantastic location only a few minutes from the airport set in a lush area with amazing views of Tianmen mountain. Selina helped us enormously arranging a beautiful transfer from the airport on arrival and then to the train station on departure all included courtesy. Emer was really helpful in suggesting routes to see the sights in Zhangjiajie national park and it's only a 5 minute taxi ride from the hotel to the east gate.
