Everything, really. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff. EVERYTHING! We didn't originally plan to stay here but our first booking was cancelled by the operator at 3am when we landed in China. Talk about bad luck. But Cachet Boutique came to our rescue. Insane value for money. The breakfast was amazing, the room was comfortable and clean. It really felt like a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is new , located on floor 22 apartment block 3 , just 10 minutes walk from Douran flower market and Jingui metro station . The hotel is very good value with many modern features found in much more expensive accommodations. The 30 yuan breakfast is excellent value . The back bone of the hotel is the owner Paul who treats his customers with amazing hospitality. His enthusiasm is infectious and will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Will definitely stay again when back in Kunming . Very highly recommended.

It was my 2nd stay during this trip because i had to head back to Kunming. We liked the hotel and location so we decided to choose it again. The staff was exceptionally helpful in retrieving my taobao packages and delivering them to my room. Truly appreciated that as i was still making my way back from Guizhou. They are very responsive if you need to commincate with them. Room was big and spacious. Super comfortable and clean! Located right next to wanda mall, which had loads of food offerings. The hotel breakfast and dinner options were delightful too.

Good location. The train station is just beside the hotel. 2 stops away from Wuyi Station. Shopping is just nearby. Clean and well- maintained. Staff are very helpful and speaks good English.

we booking 2 standard double room , when check in , the receptionist say upgrade to us to slightly bigger room, we are so lucky , the staff is very helpful , the room and bathroom very clean and beautiful , the room space is huge , the room come with projector TV, the hotel facilities is amazing , after working hour if u need mineral water or towel , there have ROBOT delivery to your room, the location neat KUNMING train station , walking about 10min-15min can reach this hotel, at lobby area also have tour agency company , if u need day trip or more day , u can get there , the price is reasonable,
