The room, staff and services are always outstanding and everytime i come back there i feel like home and the staff recognizes me and gives me a warm welcome. The accommodation is close to all Shanghai main attractions as well as closer to the Metro lines with connection toward all directions! The team managing the property are amazingly careful, always supportive and with the best intentions to help in having a good overall Shanghai experience (@Ben and Team, you are fantastic!) The rooms are spacious, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the stay and feel like home! Cleaning is perfect and I always found my room so neat and clean, even I specifically did not wanted my bedclothes changed every day (and that did not happened) but they looked like . I had an amazing stay and cannot recommend the property more as it is so convenient and with such high level of services! Thank you all there!

Since my previous stay here, the hotel was partially renovated. The room was large and comfortable, the staff helpful. There is an umbrella in each room to keep you dry during the rainy days. The location is right in the center, very close to the metro exit and next to many shopping malls and restaurants. The price is fair.
