A group of 3 friends traveling in China. We have found our stay at Bamboo Lead extremely pleasant, the staff was very nice and very helpful. Small and cozy western and Chinese breakfast, in a room with an amazing view on the mountains. The crepes were stunning! Also highly recommend the room service, we had cheese and cold cuts boards and the quality was very good (especially for China standards) and the price very good. Also very good selection of wine and their prices. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy, we have highly appreciated the use of recyclable and eco friendly tools, which is very rare in China. Very good taste also in the choice of furnitures. The hotel is a few minutes bike ride away from the center of Yangshuo, yet in a better, less touristy and more secluded area to enjoy some rest and peace. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! Upon arrival, we were kindly offered a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they went above and beyond to help us plan a full-day cycling route. There was no information available online in English, so their assistance made a big difference. The breakfast was decent, but there’s still room for improvement. Overall, great value for money and we’d definitely recommend this place!

Truly wonderful hotel by any standard. Your unique experience ( no exaggeration) starts with the lobby and the staff who welcome you like an old friend. Good location, just outside the ferry terminal, also near west street. Breakfast is good, a lot of varieties. Can have lunch and dinner in hotel, food is delicios. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, Maya provided us some info about the places of interest in Yangshuo, she also tried to help about our phone mobile data.. Cleaning lady madam Wang also friendly. Overall all the staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel do provide self laundry and dryer for free. Very good view on the top floor. Hotel is clean and room is clean and comfortable. The hotel gave a small packet of local food as a small gift when checked out. Worth recommended this hotel when you visit Yangshuo.
