The hotel was extremely well staffed and friendly. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. The location was perfect for easy access to the trams (no.8) and a short walk to the Metro B station. Really could not fault anything. Excellent.

The property has a great location in the old town easy to get around on foot. Rooms were lovely and warm, lovely breakfast with great variety of food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Can help yourself to tea/coffee at any time and free wine. Lovely touches, and great to be able to have a coffee when you come back to hotel. They also leave pastries to help yourself to as well.

This hotel is the best I stayed in Europe in term of services. I really enjoy the place. Though the hotel is not grand but they give you free drinks including alchohol day and night. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. They give you advices about where to go for lunch and dinner. They even make reservation for our group several times. Also they provide free car service to drop you at the Prague castle. The room was quite. The location is great. Walkable to city centre and all good restuarants.
