I went to Berlin for a conference at the Freie Universitaet and wanted to stay somewhere quiet and not too far away from the conference venue. Villa Kult was absolutely perfect! We liked the fact that it was very, very quiet. The access to the building was also very easy. We arrived late, but we could enter the building easily with the instructions of the receptionist. The building, room, bathroom, everything was perfect. The hotel is in the south of Berlin so it can be a bit far away; despite of that, once you understand how to get there with S-Bahn and buses, that's not a big problem.
