The hotel is luxurious and elegant, The general atmosphere is great،the room is spacious and its decorations are beautiful and very clean, the room service is excellent , the restaurants in the hotel are varied I like the food especially the oriental restaurant, the hotel is close to Cairo Festival City Mall, and it has tennis and padel courts, everything was excellent and I especially want to thank Ms. Lina, Director of the Guest Service Department, because she always contacted me to confirm my stay and if I needed anything 🌸

Very friendly and very supportive Staff. Mahmoud at Concierge, Mohammad at Front Desk, Ali and both Mohammeds at Club Lounge (basically ALL Staff) always went the extra mile to support me. I have to mention, that I have a walking disability and couldn’t find that support I received in this property anywhere else.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet, and the outdoor swimming pool was warm. Breakfast was delicious. I had planned to stay in JW Mariott, but a blessing disguised that I did not. It is a remarkable hotel.

From my experience in Cairo, it's very hard to find a good hotel that you will make you satisfies, until I found this hotel. The hotel safe, clean and very helpful staff. Everything was great started from reception to the housekeeping Al hanidi, Nada at fourth floor. WIFI was good also the guest Relation Rania she was helpful. The reception staff Omar, Ahmed, Sarah, and Rowan were very nice and helpful. The hotel gym not far from hotel also was good. I would love to recommend this hotel for anyone want to visit Cairo.
