The room was gorgeous, the decoration of the whole hotel was great, staff very nice, food was good, you had all you need at breakfast. Everything was perfect.

The Meliá Castilla offers comfortable accommodation just a few metres from the Paseo de la Castellana, it is also close to the Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Nice pool. Really helpful staff. Delicious sandwiches and cold drinks in the LEVEL. Clean room. Pleasent atmosphere. When I go to Madrid again, I will stay at Melia Castilla.

Everything was perfect, as expected ! Rooms spotless clean, staff very helpful and welcoming. Hotel is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and has plenty of free parking nearby if you're planning to rent a car. Whenever I'm back in Madrid I will definitely stay again with Pinar Plaza hotel. Highly recommend

The room is very comfortable and the smart TV with netflix, amazon prime video, etc... was the best thing about the room. I loved being able to watch my favourite movies and shows whenever I want!
