Everything is perfect. The location is super center. All the staffs are very kind and attentive. Facilities are excellent. The lounges are very cozy and relaxing it feels home. We loved our stay and will recommend it 100%. If we will go back to Madrid we will definitely stay here again.

Our week at the UMusic Hotel Madrid was fantastic! Service throughout the hotel was genuinely warm and attentive, without ever feeling stiff or formal. The perfect location on a quiet corner near Puerta del Sol made it easy to explore central Madrid. Even during a 10-hour power outage, the hotel’s generator kept elevators running and common areas safely lit, highlighting their excellent preparedness. The rooftop bar is outstanding, offering stunning views and friendly service. Breakfast was delightful, with attentive staff and relaxing live music—an excellent start to each day. We highly recommend UMusic Hotel and look forward to returning!

The room is cleverly designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Spotless clean, soft towels, and a great wide shower with an excellent stream of water. The location of the hotel is superb! So close to the center main points of interest, restaurants and bars. 2 minutes walk from Sol metro station, 5 minutes to Gran via and Calleo. Staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable even with non common questions. 24-hour coffee and refreshments is a nice bonus, and having a Starbucks branch just next to the entrance, too. The little surprise bag in the mornings is another cool gesture.

    Starting point for the tour.Beautiful city, people are positive and cheerful. Food is great. Big city that has a rich history and a new modern side. Definitely a city to visit and explore. Football fans also have a reason to come. Two beautiful stadiums, one near the airport (Metropolitan), and the other in the modern part of the city (Bernabéu).

    Beautiful and in a great neighborhood for walking and dining in the evening. Check out San Miguel Market nearby for a wonderful selection of tapas and drinks from many restauranteurs all under one rooof.

    All roads lead to Plaza Mayor.

    All roads lead to Plaza Mayor. Enjoy the ambience, wander around, take plenty of photos but do not buy anything. Over priced tourist tat. Do not be tempted to wander into any cafe, bar or restaurant - over priced and not the real Spain. Make an effort to go where the locals go and you'll see the difference. Great place, let the free tour guide tell you all about it.

    Magnificent Plaza.

    Magnificent Plaza. Just go get a cup of coffee and people watch for 2 hours. That's why I would do again and again. Great Architecture, great atmosphere, just a great place to watch the world go by.

    The location was excellent, especially because this was my first time in Madrid and this was situated in Sol, close to shopping, restaurants and Plaza Mayor and more.     This apartment is right in the heart of Chueca. Close to several Metro stations, and an easy 5 minute walk to Grand Via and less than 15 minutes to Plaza Mayor. The apartment was fantastic! Comfortable beds, convenient layout, great showers, (free) access to a washer and dryer. And the living area was spacious and comfortable. Electronic door locks gave a great self check-in option and convenient access. We will happily return on our next trip to Madrid!
