The property is located in beatiful area, it is clear that management is actively trying to respond to the reviews here, as I noticed that the breakfast is now improved a lot, as well as the hot water supply in the room. I would definitely visit again, nice people!

Very nice hotel in Vilaflor. We first stopped here for one night while doing the GR131 from Arona to La Esperanza, but then we returned at the end of our vacation. The hotel can be a great base for daily hikes in Teide park. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they helped us even to arrange a taxi to pick our heavy backpack to the next stop on our way so we could enjoy a baggage-free day hike. Great breakfast as well!

The hotel is great value. The location is nice, the breakfast exceeded my expectations, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Also, I forgot something in the room, they promptly called me, and since I had already left the island, they made the effort to ship to my home address abroad. Super nice from them!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.It was close to nature and I loved waking up to bird songs and to the view of Mt Teide. The view to the sea from the restaurant was beautiful as well. The room was really clean and the bed and armchair was so comfortable I wish I could have them at home. The staff were very friendly, smiley and supportive. I will definitely be back to this place :)
