The staff was amazing, the diner was one of the most delicious meals we had in Tenerife, really amazing. Also everything is top notch, you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere there and the view over the village and the clouds is amazing. Must stay, we will definitely get back there on our next visit.

Awesome location is next to mount Tiede. You can see the mount first thing in the morning, hike from the location and see a starry night. It's amazing how many stars you can see at night. The restaurant is also very good, we had nice dinner there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast offered a great variety and everything was fresh and tasty. I also enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant — delicious dishes and great service. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
