What a lovely hotel, what lovely people running it. We had a great time in this place. The rooms are not the biggest but have everything for a comfortable stay. We also had a lovely terrace. The owners are super proud of their place and they should be. Take the breakfast option as well. Delicious and lovely.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Albi. Very friendly welcome. Our initial room was beautiful but the air conditioning was not working properly and it was a particularly hot evening. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and moved us immediately. Food in restaurant was delicious as was breakfast on the terrace.

Perfect location, the personnel was very kind, the accommodations are excellent and beautiful. The breakfast very complete and excellent. I loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it. Albi is very nice. Many thanks

La Réserve is set in former noble residence on the banks of the Tarn River in a large park. It offers an outdoor swimming pool with panoramic views of the river, which is surrounded by sun loungers.

I cannot recommend La Reserve too highly. Helene, her staff, the place, the ambience, the room, the restaurant and the whole experience are absolutely superb. I have no criticisms whatsoever.

The kindness of the personel, which addressed quite minor but well appreciated requests. The location was very convenient, not far from what we wanted to visit (the cathedral, the Toulouse-Lautrec museum). The room was very quite with a luminous bathroom.

Super fresh and clean room, similar to a cruise cabin. It is a 10-minute pleasant walk to the historic town center. We were lucky to find street parking right outside the hotel. Free on the weekend.
