The location of the hotel is good, situated in a quaint neighbourhood that offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city center while still being conveniently close to major attractions. Really cute and cosy interior design with earthy colors. Breakfast was basic but good and tasty, and self service which i appreciate. The bed was comfortable and i was on a quiet floor and quiet side street. The staff, especially reception, was so kind and welcoming and extremely helpful.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The front desk team was exceptional, especially David, who warmly welcomed my mom and me and ensured we were well taken care of. The housekeeping was excellent, and the breakfast buffet staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel!

Gentleman at reception - Fabio - was very friendly and extremely helpful telling us where to go and how to get to places the easiest way. Warm welcoming people.

Free buffet, tasty breakfast, size of the rooms

The hotel is gorgeous and though the rooms are simple, the shared facilities more than make up for it! Also there's a bookable steam room which was a nice surprise!
