Very nice and cheap alternative for the more expensive hotels in Edinburgh. The train station is on 5 min walking distance and brings you to the Edinburgh city center within 30 min. The host is super friendly and makes the best scrambled eggs in the morning. Nice comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend!

We stayed 3 nights. The services were very good, the cleanliness at a high level including in the rooms, the staff very nice and attentive. The breakfast was complex and enough for everyone, they even had products for vegetarians. Friendly prices.
